Whenever I try the change option under my user name and supply the admin password, I would get the message that it was unsuccessful because an internet connection is required. I can't try to reinstall it because there is nothing to install. I downloaded OfficeStarter. I installed Office from this executable file and it ran perfectly until early June.
Than it experienced the Microsoft Office has encountered a problem with licensing and will need to close syndrome. I don't want to reinstall Windows. I did that last year and it was no fun reinstalling every program I use. If that means I cannot have Microsoft Office then I will just have to accept that. Thanks for everybody's reply. Check with your oem, only they can help. If I buy a DVD or download version of Office Home and Student do you all think it would install properly after all the gyrations I have been going through trying to reinstall Office Starter?
